So as my homies know, my water purifier lost its pumping ability late in our hiking trip. I was seriously bummed and thought "dammit, now I'm going to have to drop another C-note on a water purifier...damn that plastic bit!!!"
But the nice folks at MSR helped me to diagnose the problem (it turns out I dropped a tiny plastic bit while cleaning it), and they are shipping the missing part out for free *sweet*. I was totally expecting them to charge me $10 for the piece, but they are totally kosher.
MSR's customer service rocks..buy their things
